Some of the stories will be true, others, half truths, others outright lies. People must discuss you. Some will be in praise stories, others will be defamations, but a great leader is aware of all this, and smiles through it all. When a great leader sees a sworn defamer of his character, that great leader keeps a smile, and greets his defamer, his sworn enemy with an enthusiastic handshake, and a pat of encouragement on his back to do better things with life. Can you be a leader without stories flying around you ? NEVER !
